RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Items must be returned within 25 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items, final sale items, and customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item (one-time free exchange per order).
4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping costs and any non-refundable taxes or duties will not be refunded.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
6. Gift Returns
- If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you may exchange it or receive store credit.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.
